Had the most hilarious baking experience today. Decided to bake a cake for my mother for Mother's Day with the help of... my mother. I can't bake for nuts, especially on my own. Anyway, we decided to use the super antique mixer that my parents bought like 10 years ago? So, we were whisking the egg whites in it, and the motor was making a funny noise; but we thought it was just because the egg whites were getting thicker. But once we turned away from it, I heard a sizzling sound and when I rushed to switch it off, BOOM it exploded and stopped. So drama, with smoke and all. -.- Luckily the egg whites were almost whisked finish already. It's time to get a new mixer.
Anyway glad to say that the cake was successful!! Hahahaha. -.- At least my mom said it was nice. :D Tasted alot like brownie. But burnt my finger, so now there's a blister. Ow.
Hmm. Still can't get over the fact that Chris is out of AI! :( The show's not the same anymore without him. But heard that Fuel offered him a contract already, and I guess he's better off a rock star than American Idol. Elliot and Taylor for top 2! Starting to like and respect Elliot more and more. He's 90% deaf in one ear and yet he sings absolutely everything in tune! And he's just uber sweet to his mom. :) He has come a long way.
Ok, the Jacky variety show is so freaking funny now. Goodness. It's the one showing pretty girls who have really high and act-cute voices. -.- But the 3rd girl really cracked me up. She's sooooo cute!
